Outstanding collections on outstanding accounts- Welcome to our collections division.
We are registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and work in line with the Debt Collections Act 114 of 1998, alongside the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
Due to our economic climate in South Africa, businesses and individuals alike are struggling to make ends meet. Apart from the economic climate, consumers are more frequent than in the past, not keeping up with their arranged payments. This then becomes a problem, especially if you are a small business.
We strive on collection success and keeping our clients happy by providing them with excellent collection results. This turns their bad debt into revenue again, putting the cashflow back into your business.
Most of our new business is generated mainly by word of mouth. This means that our clients are happy.
Our Requirements and Minimums:
We are able to deal with any delinquent account that collection action is required. No debt is too big or too small to collect. We collect from a base value of as little as R100.00

Our legal division drafts and instructs summons. We serve default judgments and warrant of executions should you wish for us to continue that far with an evasive debtor.
Our offices also act on all other collection practices and methods to ensure that your debt due- is paid. This is why we are able to achieve the collection success rates we achieve.

Additional Add-On Services:
Our client’s debtors from Que Accounts are also handed over to collections should their invoices remain unpaid for the specified time period.
How The Charges Are Billed:
We derive most of the charges (our revenue) from the debtor in terms of the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998. This in turn makes our collection process a feasible option to you. The collection process is of no actual cost to you. All we require is our mandate signed by you to commence work on your behalf.
